乳晕缘弧形切口切除乳腺良性肿瘤对乳头乳晕皮肤感觉的影响

摘　　要：目的观察乳晕缘弧形切口位置和长度对乳头、乳晕区皮肤感觉恢复时间的影响。方法对2007年6月—2009年6月采用乳晕缘弧形切口行肿物切除术的乳腺良性肿瘤114例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果不同切口位置和切口长度患者乳头乳晕感觉恢复正常的时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用乳晕缘弧形切口行肿物切除术可根据肿块位置和大小选择手术切口和长度,其对乳头、乳晕区皮肤感觉恢复时间无影响。Objective To observe the effects of locations and cut lengths of the circumareolar incision exsection on the sensory recovery of the skin near the nipples and areola papillaris. Methods Clinical data of 114 patients who underwent circumareolar incisions exsection in treatment of benign breast tumor during June 2007 and June 2009 was ret- rospectively analyzed. Results The differences in times of sensory recovery of the skin near the nipples and areola papil- laris by different locations and lengths showed no statistical significances （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The location and cut length by circumareolar incision exsection in treatment of benign breast tumor can be chosen according to the location and size of tumors, which do not affect times of sensory recovery of the skin near the nipples and areola papillaris.
