摘　　要：高校图书馆信息服务社会化既是地方政治、经济、文化建设的需要,也是高校图书馆自身发展的需要。针对新建地方本科院校图书馆存在的服务层次不深、尚未兼顾共性与区域个性等不足,提出加大经费及人才投入、加深服务层次、加强服务内容及服务形式特色等措施,使新建地方本科院校图书馆充分发挥信息服务社会化职能,更好地为地方政治、经济、文化建设服务。The socialization of library information service is not only the need of the local political, economic and cultural construction, but also the demand to develop the library itself. In view of the existing problems such as low service level ,insufficient integration of General and regional personality, this paper proposes countermeasures such as increasing funding and personnel input, enhance service level, strengthen the service content and features to give full play to the socialization of information service function of the new local undergraduate college library and better sever the need of the local political, economic, cultural construction.
