口腔鳞癌患者Ezrin蛋白与CD44v6的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究Ezrin蛋白和CD44v6在口腔鳞癌中的表达和意义,探讨两者表达的相互关系。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测Ezrin蛋白和CD44v6在39例口腔鳞癌和28例正常口腔黏膜中的表达。结果 1)Ezrin蛋白和CD44v6在口腔鳞癌中的表达水平显著高于正常口腔黏膜组(P<0.01或P<0.05);2)Ezrin蛋白的表达水平随口腔鳞癌的病理分级增高而增高(P<0.01),CD44v6在口腔鳞癌各病理分级中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3)在有淋巴结转移的口腔鳞癌中,Ezrin蛋白和CD44v6的表达水平高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01或P<0.05);4)Ezrin蛋白和CD44v6的表达水平与口腔鳞癌患者的年龄、性别无关(P>0.05);5)Ezrin蛋白和CD44v6在口腔鳞癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 Ezrin蛋白和CD44v6与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展和侵袭转移密切相关,联合检测Ezrin蛋白和CD44v6的表达可作为评估口腔鳞癌恶性程度及转移潜能的有效指标。Ob j ective To research the expression and significancy of Ezrin Protein and CD 44v6 in oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC） ,and discuss their expressive correlation .Methods To detect the expression of Ezrin Protein and CD44v6 in 39 cases of OSCC and 28 cases of normal oral mucosa tissues by adopting immunohistochemical SP method .Results 1）The expression of Ezrin protein and CD44v6 in OSCC was higher than in normal oral mucous （P〈0 .01 or P〈0 .05） .2）The expression of Ezrin protein was up-regulated with increased pathological grade of OSCC （P〈0 .01） .The differences of CD44v6 expression in various pathological grading of oral squamous cell carcinoma were not statistically significant （P〉0 .05） .3）The expression of the Ezrin Protein and CD44v6 in OSCC with the lymph node metastasis was higher than that without the lymph node metastasis （ P〈0 .01 or P〈0 .05 ） .4 ）The ex-pression of the Ezrin Protein and CD44v6 had nothing to do with the age and gender of OSCC patient （P〉0 .05） .5） The expression of Ezrin protein and CD44v6 in OSCC were positively correlated（P〈0 .01） .Conclusion There is a close relationship of Ezrin Protein and CD 44v6 with the happening ,development ,invasion and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC） .The joint examination of the expression of Ezrin Protein and CD 44v6 could be one effective index for the evaluation of grade malignancy and transferring proficiency for OSCC .
