家庭环境对儿童情绪调节发展的影响

摘　　要：情绪调节的发展是儿童发展的重要方面,它受到家庭环境的重要影响。文章在综合分析国内外相关研究的基础上,将家庭环境对儿童情绪调节发展的影响概括为4个基本方面:(1)家庭环境为儿童观察和模仿他人的情绪调节行为,学习情绪调节方式提供了条件;(2)父母具体的教养活动会影响儿童情绪调节的发展;(3)由教养方式、依恋关系、家庭情绪表达性以及婚姻关系所形成的家庭情绪气氛影响儿童情绪调节的发展;(4)家庭环境中儿童自身特征和父母特征与儿童情绪调节的发展密切相关。最后,文章对儿童情绪调节发展的未来研究进行了展望。As an essential component of children＇ s successful development, children＇ s development of emotion regulation is under influence of family environment where children live in. Based on the com- prehensive analysis of relevant research, the present article summarizes four important aspects in which family environment affects children＇ s development of emotion regulation. First, family environment provides the conditions for children to observe and imitate the behavior of others＇ emotional regulation ; second, parental specific parenting activities will affect the development of children＇ s emotion regula- tion; third, family emotional climate affects children＇ s development of emotion regulation; Fourth, children＇ s own characteristics and parental characteristics are closely related to children＇ s development of emotion regulation in family environment. Lastly, the article discussed the future research on the children＇ s development of emotion regulation.
