摘　　要：学术期刊不仅是传播知识的窗口,在高校研究生培养中,也发挥着一定的积极作用,即:展示学术成果,提供学术信息,培养研究生论文写作的能力。为推动学术期刊更好地为高校人才建设服务,探讨了学术期刊的性质与作用、高校研究生培养的特点以及学术期刊在高校研究生培养中的作用。The function of academic journals is not limited to the spreading of knowledge. Academic journals also play important roles in postgraduate cultivation in colleges and universities including dem- onstrating academic achievement, providing academic information and cultivating postgraduates＇ ability of thesis writing. This paper dwelled on the nature and function of academic journals, the characteris- tics of postgraduate cultivation and the role of academic journals in postgraduate cultivation in order to make academic journal better serve the talents cultivation in colleges and universities.
