对高职院校学生社团建设的思考

摘　　要：学生社团是大学生思想政治教育的重要阵地,是校园文化建设的重要组成,也是学生创新意识和实践能力培养的重要途径;通过对安徽省8所高职院校进行问卷调查与定性研究,具体分析了学生社团的发展特点及存在的问题;重点从创新机制体制、突破瓶颈制约、强化规范管理三个方面分析了搞好高职院校学生社团建设的一些具体建议和思考。Student organizations is an important an important component of campus culture, and also position in the ideological and political education, is an important way to improve the students＇ awareness of innovation and practical ability. This paper analyzes the characteristics of students＇ associations and the existing problems through questionnaire and qualitative on 8 higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province. Finally, this paper puts forward some anisms, how to break the bottleneck, sugg and estions and thoughts on how to innovate the institutional mech how to strengthen and standardize management.
