摘　　要：通过对闽东电机产业现状分析,以供应链管理(SCM)理论为基础,提出通过建立健全电机产品供应链,强化供应链质量管理,从而提高企业核心竞争力,带动闽东电机产业健康快速发展的理念。Through the analysis about the present situation of Mindong electrical machines industry based on the theory of supply chain management（SCM）, put forward by establishing and perfecting the supply chain of motor product, enhance quality of supply chain management, thus improving the core competitiveness and promote rapid and healthy development of Mindong motor industry.
