摘　　要：为了提高地面气象观测记录电子报表的管理和使用,采用SQL Server、VC++、Java等技术在系统设计中应用。做了气象观测记录电子报表信息管理系统的总体设计和具体模块的实现。实验证明,系统运行良好,在气象数据服务方面起到良好作用。In order to improve the management and using of the meteorological observation records, the paper uses SQL Server technology, VC＋＋, Java in the application of system design. Meteorological observation electronic records information management inquires the design of the whole system and specific modules in the system. Test shows that the operation of the system, is good, and plays a good role in meteorological data service.
