摘 要:在现有协调性耦合关系研究较为深入的背景下,针对现阶段我国人地关系中普遍存在的、城市化与生态环境的非协调性耦合关系矛盾突出的特点,从逆向思维的问题诊断这一研究目的出发,基于利益冲突视角,开展城市化与生态环境耦合关系的诊断方法研究,为进一步实施有效的人类干预提供依据。通过构建城市化利益指数FUW、生态利益指数FEW,提出诊断城市化与生态环境耦合关系的矩阵法、弹性指数法和数据包络分析法(DEA),这三种方法各有特点,可根据研究问题的需要加以选用,或多种方法相互补充。There can be either a harmonious or a discordant interactive coupling relationship between urbanization and the eco-environment. The literature predominantly focuses on how to describe and represent the stylized status and trends of the coupling relationship. However, the clear and rapid diagnosis of a discordant coupling relationship between urbanization and the eco-environment is rarely addressed. In fact, a discordant coupling relationship is widespread in developing countries. This paper' s purpose is to provide practical diagnostic methods to assist local decision-makers in identifying the degree or stage of the coupling relationship between urbanization and the eco- environment from the perspective of well-being. Three methods are proposed based on two indexes (FUW indicates urbanization well-being, and FEW indicates eco-environmental well-being): the matrix method, the elastic index method, and data envelopment analysis. Each method has its own characteristics and may be applied singly or in combination in a mutually supportive manner.
