摘　　要：危险化学品是高校化学实验室广泛使用的实验用品,因其具有易燃、易爆、易中毒、腐蚀性等特点,容易发生安全事故,是高校安全管理工作的重要内容之一。EHS是指建立环境、健康、安全的组织机构及其职责、程序、过程和资源等构成的整体,是三位一体的管理体系,突出强调事前预防和持续改进,以便最大限度地减少事故、环境污染和人身伤害的发生。本文探讨了新形势下高校危险化学品安全管理存在的问题,并引入EHS管理体系构建高校危险化学品安全管理的长效机制。Dangerous chemicals are experimental equipment widely used in chemical laboratory, because of its inflammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive and other characteristics, prone to accidents, is one of the im-portant content of the security management. The EHS （environment, health, safety） management system in-cludes the organization of environment, health, safety and their corresponding function, procedure, process and resources. This paper discusses the management of dangerous chemicals exist universities under the new situation of the problem, and the introduction of EHS management system to build long-term mechanism u-niversities dangerous chemicals management.
