摘　　要：图书馆是高校人才培养、科学研究和服务社会的重要支撑条件。高校图书馆的特色化建设与高校自身的特色化建设相互联系,相辅相成。因此,高校图书馆的特色化建设的策略应该是以社会需求为导向,以学科建设为平台、以专业设置为具体指导,以科研项目为增长点,以服务区域经经济社会发展为契机。The library is an important support condition of university for personnel training, scientific re- search and service to the community. The characteristics construction of a university and its library are in- terrelated and mutually reinforcing. So the tactics of characteristics construction of a university library are oriented to the needs of society, taking disciplines construction as a platform, the setting of specialized subject as a specific guidance, the research projects as growth point and servicing the area economic and social development as an opportunity.
