术后早期肠外联合肠内营养支持治疗对老年胃癌患者的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨术后早期肠外联合肠内营养支持治疗对老年胃癌患者的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的46例老年胃癌患者,随机均分为对照组(肠外营养支持)和观察组(肠外联合肠内营养支持),比较两组住院时间、肛门恢复排气时间、血清CRP、ALB、TF和并发症发生率的差异。结果:观察组住院时间和肛门恢复排气时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CRP、ALB和TF均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.3%,显著低于对照组的34.8%(P<0.05)。结论:术后早期肠外联合肠内营养支持治疗对老年胃癌患者疗效确切。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of early postoperative parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition support for gastric cancer in old patients.Method ： 46 cases of old patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（receiving parenteral nutrition support） and observation group（receiving parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition support）.The hospitalization time, anus recovery exhaust time, serum CRP, ALB, TF and complication rate of two groups were compared.Result： The hospitalization time and anus recovery exhaust time of observation group weresignificantly shorter than control group（P〈0.05）.The CRP, ALB and TF of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.Complication rate of observation group was 4.3%, which was significantly lower than 34.8% of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Early postoperative parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition support for gastric cancer in old patients has exact effect.
