摘　　要：克罗恩病引起的肠外瘘并右侧髂窝脓肿临床比较少见,容易与单纯的软组织感染造成的髂窝脓肿混淆误诊,延误最佳的救治时期,导致感染反复发作,需要不断切除病变组织导致术腔扩大,给患者带来痛苦。建议主治医生在接治以疼痛、发热、心率加快、血压升高为主症,查体右腹股沟区有椭圆形、质软、光滑的无活动性包块的患者时,仔细辨别临床特点中容易被忽视的细节,借助实验室检查和腹部CT、MRI、肠镜检查明确诊断,再制定合理的治疗方案,切开引流吸出脓液、手术切除病变肠管、残端吻合,尽量一次性根治,减少患者痛苦。Crohn’s disease caused by intestinal fistula and right iliac fossa abscess clinical rare,is easy and simple soft tissue infection iliac fossa abscess confusion caused by misdiagnosis and delay the best treatment period,lead to recurrent infection,diseased tissue need to constantly lead to cavity expansion, bring pain to patients.Proposed doctor on the cure to pain,fever,heart rate,blood pressure increases as the primary symptom,physical examination right groin area are oval,soft,smooth,patients with active bag piece of carefully to identify the clinical features of easily neglected details,with the aid of laboratory examination and abdominal CT,MRI and endoscopic diagnosis,to formulate the reasonable treatment,incision drainage suck out pus,diseased bowel surgery, residual end anastomosis,as far as possible one-time cure,reduce the patients pain.
