摘　　要：针对目前基建部门对工程项目的管理风险增大、工程造价虚高的现状,结合实际工作经验,从规划设计、工程招投标、施工及结算阶段入手,对高职院校基建项目管理要点和应注意事项进行了归纳总结,以全面提高基建部门的管理水平。According to the present situation of large management risk, false project cost of present infrastructure department to engineering project, combining with actual work experience, from planning and design, project bidding, construction and settlement stage, summarized the management key points and matters needing pay attention to higher vocational college construction project, in order to wholly improve the management level of infrastructure department.
