摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中多氯联苯类化合物的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法。方法空气中的多氯联苯用超细玻璃纤维滤膜采集,用正己烷和丙酮洗脱,经色谱柱分离,质谱检测器检测,以保留时间和特征离子定性,峰面积定量。结果空气中的多氯联苯在5—500ng/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9994,最低检出浓度为0.11mg/m3(以采集15L空气样品计),批内精密度RSD为3.2%-4.9%,批间精密度RSD为4.4%~6.2%,加标回收率为91.6%~94.9%。结论该方法灵敏、准确,适用于工作场所空气中多氯联苯类化合物的测定。Objective To develop the method for determination of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCBs) in occupational atmosphere by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods Polychlorinated biphenyl was absorbed by ultra-fine glass fiber filter and then desorbed by hexane and acetone and analyzed by GC-MS. Results PCBs in the range of 5-500 ng/ml had a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 4, the minimum detectable concentration was 0.11 mg/m3 (15 L to collect air samples), within run precision relative standard deviation was 3.2%-4.9%, between run precision relative standard deviation was 4.4%-6.2%, the recovery rate was 91.6%-94.9%. Conclusion The method is applicable to the determination of PCBs in the air of workplace.
