摘  要:基于海洋管道沉放的工程实际,建立了管道海上对接沉放的计算模型。确定了不同的沉放方案,并对不同方案的管道沉放形态、弯矩及应力进行对比分析。分析结果表明,沉放过程中管道应力变化复杂,吊缆释放的不协调极易导致出现局部应力峰值;管道沉放完成后的最终形态和弯矩分布对沉放过程十分敏感,沉放方案微小的差别会导致截然不同的沉放结果。在管道下放初期,应以工程船的侧移为主,均匀的下放策略将导致管道水平面内变形较小,曲率过大,从而造成弯矩增加;在侧移后期,应稍微减慢吊缆2的下放速度,这样可以使上弯曲管道的变形曲率减小,避免最大弯矩发生在对接口处;工程船侧移距离不宜过小,太小的侧移距离会导致管道偏移长度减小,从而增大对接口和下弯区管道的变形曲率,导致对应的弯矩增加。On the basis of the engineering practice of marine pipeline sinking, the calculation model of off- shore pipeline butting and sinking was established. The different sinking schemes were determined. A comparative a- nalysis of the sinking morphology, bending moment and stress of pipeline sinking in the schemes was conduc- ted. The analysis shows that in the process of sinking, the pipeline stress change is complex and the inharmonious cable release will very easily lead to the occurrence of local stress peak. The ultimate morphology and moment distri- bution after the completion of pipeline sinking are very sensitive to the sinking process. The minute difference with respect to the sinking scheme will lead to quite different sinking results. At the initial stage of pipeline sinking, the operation should focus on the lateral migration of engineering ship. The even setting strategy will lead to the phenom- enon that the deformation within the pipeline horizontal plane is slight, the curvature is too large and thus the ben- ding moment will increase. At the later stage of lateral migration, the landing velocity of cable 2 should be slowed down slightly, which can make the deformation curvature of upper bent pipe decrease and avoid the appearance of maximum moment at the butt port. The lateral migration distance should not be too large, and too small lateral mi- gration distance will lead to the reduction of migration length and thus increase the deformation curvature of butt port and downward bent pipeline, resulting in the increase of corresponding moment.
