师范类毕业生就业期望与就业决策效能调查分析——以安顺学院和兴义民族师范学院为例

摘  要:从就业期望与就业决策效能感出发,以417名大四毕业生为研究对象展开调查。调查表明,师范类毕业生就业期望较高,就业决策效能感不强。不同职业取向的毕业生人职匹配效能感差异显著;是否考虑自主创业的毕业生在就业决策效能感5因子上均存在显著差异。最后,从培养大学生合理的择业观,多形式、多渠道加强大学生的就业指导,营造良好的就业择业氛围等方面提出了建议。The research analyzed employment departure on expectation and employment decisions efficacy, 417 senior graduates were selected. The result showed that: Graduates of normal University had higher employment expec- tations, graduate employment decisions efficacy was not high. There was significantly different in different career oriented graduates about person level match efficacy; There was significantly different in entrepreneurship graduates about employment decisions efficacy. Finally,We recommend that training college concept; multi - form and multi - channel strengthen employment guidance; create a good atmosphere employment.
