摘  要:高校教师的学术道德问题一直备受关注。对近年发生的三例中德两国论文抄袭案的对比分析有助于探讨和揭示高校教师学术道德问题及其文化根源。虽然存在职能部门无作为和检查机制不完善等原因,但是其根源在于文化精神。与西方传统文化对照,中国传统文化并不重视西方意义上的求真精神,而这种精神与学术研究密切相关。正是由于对求真精神的漠视,才导致在诸多因素的共同作用下,高校教师在学术研究中出现抄袭成风的现象。Academic morality in colleges and universities has always been a great concern. A contrastive analysis of three plagiarizing cases in China and Germany is beneficial for exploring and discovering the root of academic mo- rality in college and universities. Plagiarism may be attributed to many causes such as the negligence of functional de- partments and the impotent inspection mechanism etc. , the root, however, lies in cultural spirit. Compared with western traditional civilization, China traditional culture does not pay attention to western spirit of pursuing truth, which is closely associated with academic research. It is the ignorance of the spirit of pursuing truth that results into the plagiarism among teachers in colleges and universities.
