摘 要:通过试验得到了标准平面扇形喷雾防漂移喷头在不同压力下喷雾的均匀性、喷雾雾锥角及喷雾粒径的数据参数,分析了其变化规律。结果表明:基于压力变量喷雾的调节区间约为2(1.54/0.82);随喷雾压力的增大,喷雾均匀性的喷量向两侧分散的趋势显著,雾滴粒径减小明显,雾锥角的变化率为0.62°/%;压力对喷雾性能的影响极大,但在一定的压力变化范围内,喷雾性能的变化符合工程、农机、农艺的要求(25%左右),且可以节约一部分能源。因此,大力研发和改进推广压力式喷头是压力式精准变量喷雾技术大规模应用的关键。The uniformity of the standard plane fan-shaped FOG drift spray nozzle under different pressure was obtained by the test,the spray cone angle,spray data size parameters,the changes were analyzed,the results obtained show that,based on the interval adjustable pressure variable spray is about 2(1.54 /0.82),with the increase of spray pressure,spray spray uniformity to both sides of the scattered trend obviously,droplet diameter decreases obviously,changes of spray angle was 0.62o / %;the influence of pressure on the spray characteristics of the great,but in the pressure within a certain range,about change spray performance meet engineering,agricultural machinery,agronomic requirements 25%,and can be to save a part of energy,vigorously develop and improved pressure nozzle is a key part of the largescale application of spray pressure precision variables.
