摘　　要：目的探讨MUC-1 mRNA在大肠癌患者外周血中的表达及临床意义。方法应用巢式RT-PCR技术检测20例健康人、20例大肠腺瘤疾病患者和90例大肠癌患者外周血MUC-1 mRNA的表达。结果健康人、大肠良性腺瘤及大肠癌患者中MUC-1 mRNA均表达,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),但大肠癌患者中MUC-1 mRNA表达率与肿瘤分期、瘤细胞的分化程度及肿瘤转移显著相关(均P<0.05)。结论 MUC-1 mRNA作为检测大肠癌患者外周血微转移的分子标记物敏感度和特异性需进一步探讨,但MUC-1 mRNA可作为判断大肠癌患者预后的指标。[Objective] To determine the role MUC-1 mRNA expression in peripheral blood of patients with colon cancer. [Methods] The expression of MUC-1 mRNA were analyzed by Nested RT-PCR in 90 cancer of colon in peripheral blood, compared with 20 patients with enteric adenoma and 20 healthy volunteers. [Results] In the control group, there was no expression of MUC-1 mRNA in 20 healthy volunteers and 20 patients with enteric adenoma and 90 patients with cancer of colon. It has significant relation of the MUC-1mRNA expression in Tumor stage, cell differentiation, tumor metastasis. [Conclusion] The value of MUC-1 as the marker of micrometastases in peripheral blood with cancer of colon is not sure,but the MUC- 1mRNA can be as a prognostic factor for patients with cancer of colon.
