摘　　要：目的评价键盘保护膜对降低ICU键盘微生物污染的效果,以预防医院感染。方法 2014年2-4月某医院两个ICU的109个键盘配备键盘保护膜为研究对象,根据对键盘保护膜的清洗消毒方式分为两组,外科重症监护病房(SICU)50个键盘保护膜采用有效氯消毒液进行擦拭,外科重症监护病房A(SICU-A)59个键盘保护膜用流动水冲洗,对清洗前后的键盘及键盘保护膜进行采样,监测和计算污染菌落数。结果两组ICU采集键盘样本,清洗干预前后键盘菌落均数分别为349.3CFU/10键、226.2CFU/10键,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SICU-A清洗后的菌落均数173.5CFU/10键,远低于清洗前的458.6CFU/10键(P=0.01),SICU擦拭前后的菌落数差异无统计学意义。结论键盘保护膜可降低电脑键盘的微生物污染程度,对键盘保护膜的清洗消毒,水洗比擦拭更有效。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of keyboard covers on reduction of microbial contamination in inten- sive care unit （ICU） so as to prevent nosocomial infections. METHODS The keyboard covers were equipped for 109 keyboards in two ICUs from Feb 2014 to Apr 2014, which then were divided into two groups according to the cleaning and disinfection method for the keyboard covers, the 50 keyboard covers from surgical intensive care unit （SICU） were wiped with effective chlorine disinfectant, the 59 keyboards from the surgical intensive care unit （SICU） A were rinsed with running water, then the keyboards and the keyboard covers were sampled before and after the cleaning, and the bacterial colony counts were observed and calculated. RESULTS As for the samples col- lected from the keyboards, the bacterial colony counts were 349.3 CFU/10 keys before the cleaning, 226.2 CFU/ l0 keys after the cleaning, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The median bacterial colony counts in the SICU-A were 173.5 CFU/10 keys after the cleaning, significantly less than 458.6 CFU/10 keys be- fore the cleaning（P= 0. 01）, and there was no significant difference in the bacterial colony counts in the SICU be- tween before and after the cleaning. CONCLUSION The keyboard covers can reduce the microbial contamination of the keyboards, and the water washing is more effective than the wiping in the cleaning and disinfection of keyboard covers.
