摘　　要：目的研究和分析对乳腺癌患者放射治疗期间进行护理干预对其心理造成的影响。方法随机选择66例在我院接受乳腺癌放疗的患者,将患者分为两组,对照组患者仅接受常规治疗,研究组患者接受全面护理干预,分别对两组患者的护理疗效满意率进行比较。结果研究组患者护理满意率明显高于对照组,两组患者护理疗效满意率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者放射治疗期间进行全面护理干预能够有效缓解患者的不良情绪。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on breast cancer patients’ psychology during the radiotherapy. Methods 66 cases of breast cancer patients were selected form our hospital.They were divided into two groups,control group patients were nursed by normal nursing methods,and research group were nursed by comprehensive nursing intervention methods.Compared the two group patients’s satisfaction for the two nursing schedule. Results In nursing satisfaction aspect,the research group were higher than control group,and the difference were significant（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on breast cancer patients’ psychology during the radiotherapy can relieve the patients bad mood.
