摘　　要：目的了解粤北地区基底细胞癌的临床及治疗概况,探讨本病的最佳治疗方案。方法回顾与分析我科近4年来40例基底细胞癌患者一般情况、病史、发病部位、肿瘤大小、自觉症状、诊断情况、治疗情况和病理资料。结果 40例患者发病原因、发病部位、皮疹的演变过程及类型与文献的描述都非常吻合,皮损周围0.8 cm手术切除的治疗方法切实可行。结论应进一步提高基底细胞癌的首诊正确率,做好健康指导,尽量手术切除,丰富了本病的临床研究资料。Objective To understand the situation of basal cell carcinoma in northern area of clinical and treatment, to explore the best treatment of the disease. Methods Review and analysis of our department in recent 4 years, 40 cases of basal cell carcinoma in general, history, location, tumor size, clinical symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and pathological data. Results 40 cases of evolution reason, patients onset location, rash and type and description in literatures are very consistent, treatment of skin around 0.8 cm operation resection is feasible. Conclusions We should further improve the correct rate of basal cell carcinoma diagnosed, health guidance, as far as possible operation excision, has enriched the clinical research data of this disease.
