62例侧脑室腹腔分流术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的侧脑室-腹腔分流术方法治疗脑积水临床分析。方法回顾性分析62例侧脑室-腹腔分流术的手术疗效。结果 6例出现并发症,其中感染3例,腹腔端梗阻1例,过度分流2例。结论侧脑室腹腔分流术侧脑室腹腔分流术治疗脑积水有确定疗效,但是临床有一定的并发症,通过改善手术技巧,可以减少并发症的概率。Objective Clinical analysis of ventriculoperitoneal shunt for hydrocephalus. Methods A retrospective analysis of 62 cases of operation effect of ventriculoperitoneal shunt. Results The complications occurred in 6 cases, including 3 cases of infection, 1 cases of abdominal obstruction, excessive shunt in 2 cases. Conclusion Vventriculo peritoneal shunt ventriculo peritoneal shunt for hydrocephalus has determined curative effect, but have a certain clinical complications, by improving the operation skills, can reduce the complication probability.
