三联手术治疗青光眼并白内障的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究并分析三联手术在治疗青光眼并白内障方面的临床效果与价值。方法选取我院于2012年5月至2013年5月所收治的青光眼合并白内障患者共计80例(86眼)为研究对象。上述患者均采取三联手术治疗方案。三联手术完成后,对80例患者进行为期6个月的随访调查。对患者术前、术后的视力情况、眼压情况、术后并发症情况进行综合对比与分析。结果从视力情况角度上来说,患者术后6个月裸眼状态下视力检测结果明显高于术前;从眼压情况角度上来说,患者术前平均眼压为(25.91±5.87)mm Hg,术后随访6个月内平均眼压为(10.51±3.48)mm Hg,术后眼压明显低于术前;从术后并发症的角度上来说,共有5例患者出现并发症,并发症发生率为6.25%,通过合理的治疗,均在7 d内恢复常态。上述数据对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论三联手术治疗青光眼白内障疗效确切,能够显著提高患者视力,降低眼压,且治疗过程中并发症发生率较低,安全性高,值得进一步应用与推广。Objective To study the clinical effect and value of triple operation in the treatment of glaucoma and cataract. Methods In our hospital inform May 2012 to May 2013 glaucoma with cataract patients with a total of 80 cases （86 eyes） as the research object. The patients were treated by triple operation treatment. Triple operation is completed, were followed for 6 months in 80 patients. Preoperative, postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, postoperative complications were compared and analyzed. Results From the visual point of view, patients after 6 months, the naked eye state vision detection results were significantly higher than the preoperative IOP;from the point of view, the average intraocular pressure in patients with preoperative was （25.91± 5.87） mm Hg, within 6 months after operation the average intraocular pressure was （10.51±3.48） mm Hg, the intraocular pressure was significantly lower than the preoperative and postoperative complications;from the point of view, a total of 5 patients had complications, the incidence of complications was 6.25%, through the reasonable treatment, were restored to normal in 7 days. The data difference significant （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The curative effect of triple operation treatment of cataract and glaucoma is exact, can significantly improve the visual acuity, intraocular pressure reduction, and the course of treatment in a low incidence of complications, high safety, worthy of further application and popularization.
