摘  要:德国职业教育师资培养的专业设置以职业领域为导向,课程内容与未来职业教育教师的职业内容相对接,真正体现了学术性、师范性和职业性的融合,促进了职业教育师范生专业、专业教学和教育方面能力的提高。文章重点阐述和分析德国职业教育师资培养的课程内容,以期能够对我国职业教育教师培养课程的开发和发展具有启示作用。The specialty establishment of the German vocational school teacher education is oriented towards the occupational area. The course content is connected with the occupa- tional content of the future vocational education teachers. The course contents truly reflect the such three-characteristic integration as the "academic", "normal" and "occupational" characters, and promotes the professional, professional teaching and educational abilities of the vocational education teachers. This paper elaborates and analyzes the curriculum con- tent of the German vocational school teacher education in order to give some enlightenment to the development of the curriculum of the vocational school teacher education in our country.
