摘　　要：学前教育督导工作在我国起步较晚,且有待完善,而英国学前教育督导植根于其历史悠久的教育督导制度,具有良好的发展基础。英国现行学前教育督导制度从割裂分散逐渐走向系统整合,其特点主要表现在:以儿童发展为核心的学前督导评估指标体系,以促进机构改进和发展为主的学前教育督导职能,借助市场竞争机制的学前教育督导运作模式。Inspection of preschool education in China has a late start and needs to be im- proved, while the preschool education inspection system in Britain rooted in the education inspection system which has a long history and has had a good foundation. The preschool education inspection system has been growing from fragment to integration in these years. Its characteristics are as follows： the inspection and evaluation index system focusing on children＇s development, promoting institutional improvement and development as main inspection function, introducing market competition mechanism into preschool education in- spection operation model.
