摘  要:以黑曲霉、青霉、绵霉为试材,用滤纸片和孢子萌发法,观察菊科植物小蓟提取物对供试3种果蔬致病真菌的抑制效果。结果表明:提取物对3种致病菌的生长发育具有一定抑制作用,其对青霉抑制效果最显著,绵霉次之,黑曲霉对提取物最不敏感;3种致病菌对不同提取物的反应也不同,水提物对青霉菌丝生长和孢子萌发抑制作用最强,而绵霉和黑曲霉则对小蓟100%乙醇提取物表现较为敏感。Taking Aspergillus, Penicilliurn and Achlya as materials, using filter paper and spore germination method, the effect of Cirsiurn setosum extract on three pathogens was observed. The results showed that the extracts had different inhibition to growth and development of three pathogens. The most significant inhibition was to Penicillium. ,Achlya was the second,Aspergillus was the third. Three pathogens had different reaction to the extracts, water extracts had the strongest inhibitory to the growth and spore germination of sensitive to the extracts of 100 % ethanol in relatively.
