摘　　要：共青团广东省委发起推动的"圆梦计划",为新生代产业工人提升职业素质和技能水平提供了独特的平台,具有很强的时代性和示范意义。作为一项实施时间不久的创新性教育工程,"圆梦计划"在教育对象、教学模式、教学管理、教学内容和方式以及普及范围等方面存在着需要完善之处,可以结合教育教学规律和相关实际,采取相应措施对其加以完善。Guangdong Committee of China Communist Youth League launched the Dream Program that provides a unique platform for the new generation of industrial workers to enhance their occupation qualities and skill levels .It is very epochal and sig-nificant.As an innovative education project which is just put into practice , the Dream Program needs to be improved in many as-pects, such as object of education, teaching mode, management of teaching, teaching contents, the extent of applying and so on. Those improvements can be made and perfected through the researches of combining theory with practice and regulation of teaching .
