冬虫夏草水提取物与速溶芦笋粉抗焦虑活性研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究冬虫夏草水提取物与速溶芦笋粉的抗焦虑作用。[方法]取健康雄性SD大鼠70只,按体重随机分为7组,模型对照组,冬虫夏草低剂量组(8.4 mg/kg WECS-l),冬虫夏草高剂量组(16.8 mg/kg WECS-h),冬虫夏草水提取物低剂量+速溶芦笋粉(8.4mg/kg WECS-l+400 mg/kg IAP),冬虫夏草高剂量+速溶芦笋粉(16.8 mg/kg WECS-h+400 mg/kg IAP),速溶芦笋粉(400 mg/kg IAP),空白对照组。采用慢性情绪应激模型,从行为学观察和内分泌水平角度研究速溶芦笋粉的抗焦虑作用。[结果]行为学观察表明,与模型对照组比较,在此焦虑模型上WECS-h+IAP剂量组的攻击行为显著降低(P<0.05),WECS-l+IAP剂量组的探究行为和修饰行为显著降低(P<0.05),其他各个处理组与模型对照组比较统计结果均没有显著的差异(P>0.05)。内分泌水平检测结果表明,与模型对照组比较,在此焦虑模型上冬虫夏草水提取物与速溶芦笋粉(WECS-h+IAP)剂量组能显著降低血清种皮质醇(CORT)、肾上腺素(E)和去甲肾上腺素(NA)浓度(P<0.05),并能显著升高血清中5-羟色氨酸(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)水平(P<0.05)。[结论]冬虫夏草水提取物与速溶芦笋粉联用具有增强抗焦虑作用。[Objective] To study anxiolytic activity of water extract from Cordyceps sinensis and the instant asparagus powder.[Method] 70healthy Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided into 7 groups according to their weight for daily intragastric administration of drugs：model control group,water extract from Cordyceps sinensis low-dose （WECS-1 8.4mg/kg）,high-dose （WECS-h 16.8 mg/kg）,the water extract from Cordyceps sinensis low-dose with the instant asparagus powder （WECS-1 8.4 mg/kg ＋ IAP 400 mg/kg）,the water extract from Cordyceps sinensis high-dose with the instant asparagus powder （WECS-h 16.8mg/kg ＋IAP 400mg/kg）,the instant asparagus powder （IAP 400mg/kg） and normal control group.In this test,adopting the model of chronic emotional stress,the effect of anti-anxiety of the instant asparagus powder on the behavior and endocrine level was observed.[Result] The results of behavior showed the water extract from Cordyceps sinensis high-dose with the instant asparagus powder group （WECS-h ＋ IAP） attacks were significantly reduced,and WECS-1 ＋IAP group the exploration and preening behavior also significantly reduced,but the other groups has no significant differences while compared with the model control group （P ＞ 0.05）.The results of endocrine level showed that on the anxiety model,the WECS-h ＋IAP group obviously decreased the concentrations of cortisol,epinephrine and noradrenaline in rats＇ serum （P ＜0.05）,the concentrations of 5-HT and dopamine in rats＇ serum was obviously increased at the same time （P ＜0.05）.[Conclusion] The combined use of the water extract from Cordyceps sinensis and the instant asparagus powder has obvious anti-anxiety activity.
