摘  要:核心区力量训练对跳水运动员具有重要意义,它能够全方位地弥补和提升跳水运动员的各项身体素质,有利于运动员更加完美而流畅地展现专项技术动作.运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法和数理统计法等,对河北省跳水队12名队员进行了为期15周的核心区力量训练,并在实验前后进行了相应指标的检测.实验结果显示,实验组跳水运动员与对照组相比核心区力量提高显著,跳水技术动作得到改善,运动员竞技水平实现突破.Core strength training are important for diving. It not only makes each physical quality of the diver to got the comprehensive promotion, but also can make the movements of athletes more complete and beautiful smooth. In this study, by the means of literature review, expert interviews, the experimental meth- od,and mathematical statistics,the core strength training of 15 weeks,and 12 members in the Hebei Diving Team were done to detect the corresponding indicators before and after the experiment. These data could be used to evalnate the results of core strength training on the special qualities of the diving athletes. The re- suits show that the experimental group diver increased significantly compared with the control group in the diving techniques and athletic level.
