摘 要:采用茎瘤芥皮筋为试验材料,采用二次回归正交旋转组合试验优化超声波辅助提取茎瘤芥皮筋中叶绿素,通过试验得出乙醇体积分数、料液比和超声时间与茎瘤芥皮筋叶绿素提取率的回归方程,该二次回归方程模型的F检验达到了极显著水平,可用于对模型的预测。通过回归方程得出茎瘤芥皮筋叶绿素提取优化工艺条件为乙醇体积分数为30%,料液比为1∶2,超声提取时间为80 min。该项研究可为榨菜的深度开发提供理论依据。To optimize the extraction technology of chlorophyll from skin of Brassica juncea var.tumida Tsen et Lee by ultrasonic treating method and quadratic regression rotation -orthogonal combination design.by experiments, the regression equation of extraction rate of chlorophyll with ethanol volume fraction,material-liquid rate and ultrasonic treating time were gotten. The quatratic regression model were proved extremely significant by F-test. The equation could be used to forcast the extraction rate of chlorophyll. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol volume fraction of 30%,material-liquid rate of 1∶2 and ultrasonic treating time of 80 min. The study could provide theoritical reference for deep development of Brassica juncea var. tumida Tsen et Lee.
