Annexin Ⅱ、NF-κBp65及VEGF-C蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨膜联蛋白(Annexin)Ⅱ、核因子(NF)-κBp65及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测55例正常胃黏膜组织、30例慢性萎缩性胃炎组织及55例胃腺癌组织中AnnexinⅡ、NF-κBp65及VEGF-C蛋白的表达,分析其与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。结果 AnnexinⅡ蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为83.6%,明显高于慢性萎缩性胃炎组织的46.7%(χ2=12.779,P<0.01)和正常胃黏膜组织的29.1%(χ2=33.266,P<0.01)。NF-κBp65蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为76.4%,明显高于慢性萎缩性胃炎组织的40.0%(χ2=11.079,P<0.01)和正常胃黏膜组织的16.4%(χ2=39.811,P<0.01)。VEGF-C蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为72.7%,明显高于慢性萎缩性胃炎组织的36.7%(χ2=10.518,P<0.01)和正常胃黏膜组织的27.3%(χ2=22.727,P<0.01)。淋巴结转移组AnnexinⅡ、NF-κBp65、VEGF-C蛋白的表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05或P<0.01);与中高分化组相比,低分化组NF-κBp65、VEGF-C蛋白表达率明显增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。三者表达均与肿瘤浸润深度无关(P均>0.05)。结论 AnnexinⅡ、NF-κBp65和VEGF-C蛋白可能参与了胃癌的发生发展过程,与胃腺癌的生物学行为相关。Objective To investigate the expressions of Annexin II , nuclear factor kappa B （ and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）-C proteins in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and NF-KB ） p65 its clinical significance. Methods The pathological tissues specimens of 55 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma, 30 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis and 55 cases of normal gastric mucosa were included in this study. The expressions of Annexin II, NF-κBp65 , VEGF-C proteins in the tissues were determined by SP immunohistochemical technique, and its association with clinicopathologic characteristics of tumor was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Annexin Ⅱ protein in gastric adenocarcinoma （ 83.6% ） was significantly higher than those in chronic atrophic gastritis （46.7 % ,X^2 = 12. 779, P 〈 0. O1 ） and normal gastric mucosa （29.1% ,X^2 = 33. 266, P 〈 0.01 ）. The positive expression rates of NF-κBp65 protein in gastric adenocareinoma（76.4% ）was significantly higher than those in chronic atrophic gastritis（40.0% ） （X^2 = 11. 079 , P 〈 0.01 ）and normal gastric mucosa（ 16. 4% ,X^2 = 39. 811 ,P 〈 O. O1 ）. The positive expression rates of VEGF-C protein in gastric adenocarcinoma （72.7%） was significantly higher than those in chronic atrophic gastritis （36.7% ,X^2 = 10. 518, P 〈 O. O1 ） and normal gastric mucosa（27.3% ,X^2 = 22. 727,P 〈0. 01 ）. The positive expression rates of Annexin Ⅱ, NF-κBp65 and VEGF-C proteins in the cases of gastric adenocareinoma tissues with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in the cases without lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 O. 01 ） . The expression rates of NF-κBp65 and VEGF-C proteins in poorly differentiated adenocareinoma were significantly higher than those in moderately and highly differentiated adenocarcinoma （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. The expressions of Annexin 1/, NF-κBp65 and VEGF-C proteins were all not related to the invasion depth of tumor （ all P 〉 0.05）. Co
