摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同水平水溶性苜蓿多糖( WSAP)对肉仔鸡生长性能、胴体品质及生长激素(GH)和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)基因表达的影响。选取1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡360只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮基础上分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%WSAP的试验饲粮,试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加1.0%和1.5%WSAP显著提高了第42天平均体重( P<0.05),显著或极显著提高了生长后期(21~42 d)和全期(1~42 d)的平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低了生长后期和全期的料重比(P<0.05);显著提高了胸肌率(P<0.05),显著降低了腹脂率(P<0.05);添加WSAP还显著或极显著地提高了GH和IGF-1基因在肝脏、脂肪组织和肾脏中的表达( P<0.05或P<0.01)。综合分析认为,WSAP可提高GH和IGF-1基因在肉仔鸡组织中的表达量,促进肉仔鸡的生长,改善胴体品质,以1.0%的添加水平效果较好。This trial was conducted to investigate the effects of water soluble alfalfa polysaccharide ( WSAP) on growth performance, carcass quality, growth hormone ( GH ) and insulin-like growth factor-1 ( IGF-1) gene expressions of broilers.A total of 360 1-day-old Avian broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 broilers per replicate, which were fed a basal diet ( control group) , and the basal diet+0.5%, 1.0%and 1.5%WSAP for 42 days, respectively.The results showed as follows: compared with control group, the broilers fed 1.0%and 1.5%WSAP had higher average body weight at day 42(P〈0.05), average daily feed intake and average daily gain ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) and had lower feed to gain ratio ( P〈0.05) at the later stage (21 to 42 d) and the whole stage (1 to 42 d);WSAP could also improve the percent-age of breast muscle ( P〈0.05) and decrease the percentage of abdominal fat ( P〈0.05); meanwhile, WSAP enhanced the GH and IGF-1 gene expressions in liver, adipose and kidney ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) .The results suggest that WSAP can enhance the GH and IGF-1 gene expressions, and improve the growth performance and the carcass quality of broilers.It is recommended that the optimal supplemental level of WSAP is 1.0%.
