摘 要:利用无衍射光束、透镜组和CCD相机建立一种水平方位角测量方法,以提高水平方位角测量的精度和稳定性。给出了水平方位角测量模型的构成和测量原理,阐述了整体测头的结构设计方案。对该测量方法精度及其影响因素进行了分析,同时用Zemax模拟成像系统光路并对光路进行优化仿真。与目前工程测量中普遍采用的方法相比,该测量方法能够获得更高的测量精度和稳定性,可用于盾构机的水平方位角测量、轴系校中曲线轴系布置等工程。A combination measurement system for horizontal azimuth angle was put forward based on non-diffracting beam, lens, and CCD cameras to improve the precision and stability of measuring horizontal azimuth angle in engineering. This article expounds the constitution and the measuring principle of the horizontal azimuth angle measuring model. It expounds the overall structure design of the probe. The realizable accuracy and the affecting accuracy factors of the measuring system are analyzed in detail. At the same time, Zemax is used to simulate the continuous imaging optical system and optimize the design and simulation of the optical path. The analytical results show that compared with the general method used in engineering measuring at present, the proposed measuring method can obtain much higher measurement precision and stability which can be used in the horizontal azimuth angle measuring of shield machine and the layout of curvilinear shaft-line in the rational shaft alignment.
