摘  要:D-x-1井位于莺歌海盆地,为高温超压高产气井。出于海上作业安全考虑,测试时对最大产量予以限制,从而导致该井产能计算出现异常,二项式、指数式方程无法应用。首先分析了异常原因,认为是实测的井底流压偏低,并在此基础上进行了产能方程校正。由于该井试井解释质量好,故采用试井解释的井底流压替代实测的井底流压进行产能计算。此外,还在二项式产能方程的基础上进行改进,提出了稳定点(拟压力)法,该方法能达到跟正常的回压试井计算无阻流量同样的效果,只要有一个稳定测试点,就能应用。结果表明,产能方程校正具有不确定性,稳定点(拟压力)法与试井解释校正法结果近似,最终确定该井的产能为862×104m3/d。研究结果为后续井的产能评价提供了新的方法和参考。D-x-1 well is located in Yinggehai basin. It is a high output gas well with high temperature and overpressure. To ensure the safety of offshore operation, the maximum output of DST is limited, resulting in the abnormal deliverability calculation results, and the conventional binomial or exponential deliverability equations cannot be applied. Through the analysis of this abnormal phenomenon, the study found that the measured bottom-hole flowing pressure was lower than the theoretical values; therefore, the deliverability equation was corrected. Since the quality of the well-testing interpretation is favorable, bottom-hole pressure derived from the well-testing interpretation was adopted in deliverability calculation instead of the measured ones.. Besides, this study put forward an advanced deliverability equation named “stable point ( pseudo pressure ) deliverability equation” based on the binomial deliverability equation. As to the absolute open flow calculation, this new method can achieve the same effect with the normal deliverability test; furthermore, it can be utilized as long as there is one stable test point. The research finding shows as follows: the result calculated from deliverability equation correction method possesses a certain degree of uncertainty; the results derived from the stable point pseudo pressure equation approximates with those calculated from the well testing interpretation correction method. Finally, the absolute open flow is confirmed to be 862×104m3/d. In general, this study provides a new method and reference for the deliverability evaluation of subsequent wells.
