摘　　要：通过比较发现:在席位总数固定时,S法优于EP法.因为在向量空间中,S法的方案始终离理想分配份额最近.By means of comparison, it is found that the S method far excels the EP method because the scheme of the former is the nearest from the ideal distribution in the vector space.
