摘　　要：国有企业改革是我国经济体制改革的核心内容，建立现代企业制度是我国国有企业改革的基本方向，而作为现代企业制度中的关键政企分开这个老大难问题，往往是国有企业改革难以真正认识的问题，本人试从政企分开的原因、内涵和具体要求方面来重新认识政企分开问题。The key problem. of the administration and enterprises discerption is very difficult to understand in the reform of state - owned enterprises. The paper is going to understand afresh the problem of the administration and enterprises discerption from the reasons, intension and concrete request.
