医事法律专业创新实践教学方式的转型——以司法医学鉴定实践教学为视角

摘　　要：司法医学鉴定实践教学有利于医事法律专业学生实践能力的提高,有利于学生职业化素养的形成,有利于医事法律专业的教学改革,有利于推进科学研究。因此,拥有司法医学鉴定机构并开设有医事法律专业的高校,应充分利用这一实践平台和资源,并从观念、基础建设、人才、体制等方面给予保障和支持。Practice teaching of judicial medical appraisal is helpful to improve the students＇ practical ability to medical law, cultivate students＇ professional qualities, push the reform on teaching for medical law major, and promote scientific research in judicial appraisal. Therefore, for those colleges and universities with major of medical law and judicial medicine appraisal institutions, the platform and resources should be made full use of, and be guaranteed and supported from concept, infrastructure, talent and system.
