摘　　要：目的建立舒血宁注射液(银杏叶提取物)体外抑制血小板聚集的生物活性测定法用于补充其质量控制方法。方法以抑制家兔血小板聚集作用来考察显示舒血宁注射液量效关系和效价测定。结果舒血宁注射液对凝血酶和胶原诱导的血小板聚集无明显的抑制作用,效价测定为100 U/mL。结论舒血宁注射液抑制血小板聚集的生物活性测定法可靠,重复性良好,稳定性较好,可作为质量控制。AIM To establish a bioassay method of Shuxuening Injection（ Ginko Folium） to inhibit the platelet aggregation for the supplementary of its quality control. METHODS The pharmacological activity of platelet aggregation of rabbit blood was used for the examination of dose-effect relationship and titer of Shuxuening Injection. RESULTS The inhibitory effect of Shuxuening Injection on platelet aggregation induced by thrombin and gelatin was not distinct,and the determined titer was 100 U / mL. CONCLUSION The bioassay method of platelet aggregation of Shuxuening Injection is reliable with good reproducibility and stability,and can serve as its quality control to some extent.
