摘　　要：剖析创新创业人才的特征及创新创业人才成长的内涵,回顾创新创业人才的相关理论,分析现有研究的不足。从探讨创新创业人才成长的内涵出发,重新界定创新创业人才成长研究的整合分析框架并提出政策思考。Based on the review of existing literatures,the paper summarized the characteristics of innovative entrepreneurs and the content of the development of innovative entrepreneurs. The development of innovative entrepreneurs has three dimensions,namely the initiative to start an enterprise,the ability to start an enterprise,and the ability to keep the sustainable development of the enterprise. A new comprehensive analysis framework for studying the development of innovative entrepreneurs is proposed based on the three dimensions.
