投入端视角下高技术产业技术创新效率影响因素研究

摘　　要：在构建投入产出指标体系基础上,通过因子分析定权法确定各指标权重,并测度出各地区高技术产业技术创新效率,再基于创新资金投入和人力资本投入两维度,结合对数回归分析模型,探讨地区高技术产业技术创新效率影响因素。研究结果表明,企业在技术创新过程中的主体作用得到体现,人力资源直接投入对于高技术产业技术创新效率具有显著抑制作用,人力资源间接投入对于高技术产业技术创新效率并无促进作用。Based on the construction about the input and output index system,the paper uses the factor analysis method to determine each index weight,and measure out the technology innovation efficiency. From the innovation capital input and human resource input,based on the logistic regression model,we want to fix out the technology innovation efficiency factors in high technology industry. The results of this paper show as follows：from the innovation capital input,the enterprises’ main role in technological innovation process is reflected;from the human resource input,the direct investment of human resources has significant inhibitory effect on technology innovation efficiency;the indirect investment of human resources has no significant influence on promoting technology innovation efficiency;as important talent conveying base,the institutions of higher learning do not not play their due roles.
