摘　　要：羊绒产业是宁夏的特色优势产业和纺织行业的支柱产业。运用技术预见这一科技创新的重要方式和手段,科学地确定宁夏羊绒产业发展的重点领域和优先主题,明确羊绒产业技术创新条件平台建设的主要任务,将为助推宁夏羊绒产业发展发挥积极作用。Cashmere industry is the pillar industry of Ningxia and textile industry. Using important ways and means of technology foresight,the paper determines the key areas and priority theme of cashmere industry development in Ningxia, and clears the main tasks of the construction conditions of cashmere industry technology innovation platform,which will play a positive role in boosting the development of cashmere industry in Ningxia.
