摘　　要：新建本科院校在普通本科办学时间较短的背景下,精品视频公开课建设存在资源相对不足的问题。通过分析精品视频公开课和精品课程的区别和联系,提出新建本科院校精品视频公开课网络平台与精品课程的资源整合方案,并探讨有效的实施保障措施,为新建本科院校推进精品视频公开课建设提供借鉴。Due to the short period of time for school running for newly - built colleges and universities, the con- struction of quality video open course is faced with relatively lack of resources. With the analysis of the difference and relation of quality video open courses and quality curriculum, the paper proposes the integration of quality video open course network platform and quality curriculum before it explores the effective measures to carry out the program, which provides references for video open courses construction in newly -built colleges and universities.
