摘 要:目的了解居民对食品安全的满意情况,分析影响居民食品安全满意度的因素,为改进食品安全工作提供理论依据。方法采用匿名自主填写的方式,在甘肃省14个市、州分层随机抽取当地居住超过半年的居民进行食品安全满意度的问卷调查,采用非条件Logistic回归方法分析主要影响因素。结果被调查居民的食品安全满意度得分均值为(3.21±0.66)分,不同性别、年龄、职业、文化程度以及家庭月收入间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、职业、文化程度、家庭月收入以及政府发布信息的可靠性等是影响居民食品安全满意度的主要因素。结论应根据主要的影响因素,提出针对性的措施以提高居民的满意度。Objective The study aimed to assess the level of satisfaction of the residents towards food safety and analyze the influencing factors, so to provide a theoretical reference for the improvement of food safety. Methods Residents residing in 14 cities and autonomous prefectures of Gansu Province for over 6 months were chosen by stratified random sampling and were asked to fill out a questionnaire anonymously to survey their levels of satisfaction towards food safety. Non-conditional logistic regression was adopted to analyze the main influencing factors for the levels of satisfaction. Results The average score on food safety satisfaction among the surveyed residents was 3.21± 0.66. Statistically significant differences were observed between different ages, occupations, education levels, and monthly family incomes (P〈0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that gender, occupation, education level, monthly family income, and reliability of information released by the government were the main influencing factors for the levels of satisfaction towards food safety of the residents. Conclusion Influencing factors-oriented measures should be adopted to improve the level of satisfaction of the residents.
