白内障房水及血清中氧化应激指标及血管内皮生长因子变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨氧化应激指标、血管内皮生长因子与白内障的相关性。方法临床对照研究。纳入2012年4月至2013年6月在上海仁济医院眼科就诊的老年性白内障患者102例（129只眼）为观察组；同时期选择健康志愿者60名（120只眼）作为正常对照组。比较两组间房水与血清中氧化应激相关指标（SOD、MDA、CAT、GSH—PX、LPO）及血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）水平差异；比较患者不同年龄区间房水中氧化应激相关指标（SOD、MDA、CAT、GSH—PX）及VEGF差异。结果观察组房水中MDA、CAT及VEGF水平显著高于正常对照组，SOD、GSH—PX则显著低于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（t值=9．5，57．3，8．7，24．1，19．2；均P〈0．05）。观察组血清中MDA、LPO及VEGF水平显著高于正常对照组，SOD则显著低于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（t值=21．8，45．2，9．2，87．3；均P〈0．05）。随着白内障患者年龄的增高，患者房水中SOD、GSH—PX水平显著下降，而MDA、VEGF水平则显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论白内障患者房水与血清中氧化应激指标及血管内皮生长因子水平异于正常对照组，且其高低与年龄相关。Objective To investigate the change of oxidative stress indicators and VEGF in aque-ous humor and serum of patients with cataract. Methods One hundred and two patients （129 eyes） with cataract from April 2012 to June 2013 were selected as observation group, and included healthy volunteers 60 cases （120 eyes） in the same period as control group, then the levels of oxida- tive stress indicators （SOD, MDA, CAT, GSH-PX, LPO） and VEGF in aqueous humor and serum of two groups were compared, these indicators in aqueous humor of patients at different age intervals were also compared. Results The levels of MDA, CAT and VEGF in aqueous of observation group were higher than those indexes of control group, but the levels of SOD and GSH-PX were lower than those indexes of control group, all P 〈0.05. The levels of MDA, LPO and VEGF in se- rum of observation group were higher than those indexes of control group, but the levels of SOD were lower than those indexes of control group, all P 〈0.05. Increased with age, the levels of SOD and GSH-PX in aqueous of cataract patients were significantly decreased, and the levels of MDA and VEGF were significantly increased, all P 〈0.05. Conclusions The levels of oxidative stress in-dicators and VEGF in aqueous humor and serum of patients with cataract are different from normal population, and the level are related to the age.
