摘 要:目的观察脑老化过程中情绪记忆(EM)功能改变的时频特性。方法按年龄将选中的静息态fMRI数据集分为青年组与老年组,以杏仁核为种子点,运用相关系数法计算两组受试者全脑功能连接(FC),寻找存在差异的脑区。运用小波相干性的时频分析法计算存在差异的脑区的时频特性,细分频率在0.01~0.1Hz的大脑低频振荡信号,观察各子频段的FC差异。结果EM相关脑区间FC随时间和频率变化。由脑老化引起的EM功能的FC改变主要反映在大脑低频振荡0.01~0.027Hz和0.027-0.073Hz的子频段内(P〈0.05,FDR校正)。结论脑老化中EM网络的FC随时频变化,且与低频振荡中的特定子频段存在密切联系。Objective To investigate the time-frequency features of changes of emotional memory (EM) function in aging brain. Methods The selected date sets were divided into young group and older group. Correlational analysis was performed to find the differences of amygdala (AMY) functional connectivity (FC) with other brain regions between the two groups. Wavelet Transform Coherence based time-frequency analysis was used to calculate time-frequency features of the corresponding brain regions. The frequency interval 0.01-0.1 Hz of low-frequency BOLD fluctuations (LFBF) was subdivided into four intervals, and then further differences of brain FC at subbands were investigated. Results FC showed different patterns as time and frequency changed. The age-related differences in EM function were mainly reflected in 0. 01-0. 027 Hz and 0. 027-0. 073 Hz of LFBF (P〈0.05, corrected by FDR). Conclusion The age-related differences in brain FC of EM network have dynamic naturals, and may closely related to the specific sub-frequency bands of LFBF.
