男性乳腺癌16例诊治分析

摘　　要：目的总结男性乳腺癌的外科诊治经验。方法收集2001年—2013年大连医科大学附属第一医院收治的16例男性乳腺癌患者的临床资料。病变位于左侧者7例,右侧者9例。16例患者均行手术治疗,11例患者行乳癌简化根治术,2例行单纯乳腺癌切除术,3例行乳腺癌标准根治术。结果术后病理诊断为浸润性导管癌13例,其余分别为腺癌、导管内癌、腺样囊性癌各1例。术后7例患者行辅助化疗,3例患者行辅助放疗。5年生存率为57.1%,10年生存率28.5%。结论以外科简化根治术为主,辅以化疗、放疗及内分泌的全身治疗是现阶段男性乳腺癌治疗的最佳模式。Objective To summarize the experience of surgical therapy for male breast cancer .Methods Clinical data of the 16 male breast cancer patients , who underwent surgical treatment in the 1st affiliated hospital of Dalian Medical University during 2001-2013 , were retrospectively analyzed .All 16 patients received surgical treatment ,focus on left side in 7 cases and right side in 9 cases.Among them, modified radical mastectomy was conducted in 11, total mastectomy in 2, radical mastectomy in 3.Results Pathological dignosis shows that invasive ductal carcinoma in 13,adenocarcinoma and ductal carcinoma and cystadenocarcinoma in 1 case respectively after operation .7 cases received chemotherapy and 3 re-ceived radiotherapy .5 year survival rate is 57.1%and 10 year survival rate is 28.5%.Conclusion Modified radical mas-tectomy with adjuvant combination of chemoradiation therapy and endocrine therapy is the treatment mode for male breast cancer.
