养血行血方对实验性高眼压下视网膜神经节细胞保护作用的超微结构观察

摘  要:目的观察养血行血方对实验性高眼压下视网膜神经节细胞的保护作用。方法将实验兔48只左眼造模后随机分为3组,即模型对照组、中药(养血行血方)治疗组和西药(尼莫地平片)治疗对照组,每组16只。分别于治疗第2周及第4周随机抽取各组中的4只兔处死,取造模眼视网膜神经组织作透射电镜检查。结果养血行血方治疗组较模型对照组、西药治疗对照组视网膜神经节细胞的超微结构损伤轻微。结论养血行血方能够明显减轻高眼压对视网膜神经节细胞造成的损害。OBJECTIVE To observe the protective effect of Yangxue Xingxue formula on the ganglion cells of experimental intraocular hypertension. METHODS The left eye of 48 experimental rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: Group A was the model one, Group B was the treatment one, which was treated with traditional Chinese medicine (Yangxue Xingxue formula), and Group C was the control one, which was given western medicine (Nimodipine tablets). While 4 rabbits were randomly selected from every group and sacrificed after 2 weeks and 4 weeks, then the retinal nerve tissue of modeling rabbits was taken and observed by transmission electron microscope. RESULTS The damage of ocular hypertension to the uhrastructure of ganglion cells in treatment rious than the model group and the control group. CONCLUSIONS Yangxue Xingxue formula reduce and prevent the damage of ocular hypertension to ganglion cells. group was less secould significantly
