聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗慢性功能性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：摘要目的探讨聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法聚乙二醇电解质散剂（舒泰清）A剂、B剂药物溶于125ml温水内，2～3次／d餐后冲服，连续用药1～2周。结果共治疗458例，实际治疗453例，显效286例（63.1％）；有效118例（26.1％）；无效49例（10.8％）；总有效率89.2％。用药时间超过1年的患者行电子结肠镜检查，未见新发的结肠黑变病等副作用。结论聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效确切，安全可靠，不会产生药物依赖性和结肠黑变病，值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for chronic functional constipation. Methods Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder（SF- PGE） A and B were dissolved in the measuring cup, added water 125ml and 2 to 3 times a day oral after meals, medicated for I to 2 weeks continuously. Results A total of 453 of 458 cases received actual treatment, among them, 286 ca- ses were markedly effective （63. 1%）; 118 cases were effective（26. 0%） and 49 cases were invalid （10.8%） ; the total effective rate was 89.2%. The patients who medicated more than one year were examined by electronic colonoscopy. The side effects such as coli melanosis did not oceured. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for chronic functional constipation is exact, safe, reliable, no drug dependence and coli melanosis, it is worth for clinical application.
